1. General conditions

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made through the Lilian Saage Suhteaudit OÜ e-shop. By confirming the order, the purchaser confirms that he/she has read and accepted the terms and conditions.

2. Products and prices

All prices are in euro. Delivery charges may be added to the price, and will appear in the shopping cart before the purchase is confirmed.

3. Ordering and payment

To make a purchase, you need to select the product, fill in your contact details and pay for your order via a payment solution (Montonio). The order will take effect from the moment the payment is successfully received.

4. Delivery time and delivery

Ordered products will be delivered within 3-7 working days from receipt of payment. The exact delivery time will depend on the delivery method chosen. Deliveries are made within Estonia by parcel machine or courier service.

5. Right of withdrawal and return of goods

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the e-shop within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging.

To be returned:

  • Submit a free-form withdrawal form to the following e-mail address info@liliansaage.ee
  • Return the goods at the latest within 14 days from the date of the cancellation.

The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the goods sent do not correspond to those ordered.

The money will be refunded immediately, but not later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation and the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons or to products that cannot be returned due to the nature of the product (e.g. open digital files).

6. Submitting complaints

The buyer has the right to lodge a complaint within two years of receipt of the goods. The complaint must be sent by e-mail: info@liliansaage.ee.

7. Dispute resolution

If the buyer has any complaints or claims, please contact us first. If no solution can be found, the Consumer Disputes Committee (www.komisjon.ee) or the European Commission’s dispute resolution platform can be contacted: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
