Mentor, trainer and family therapist

My services and training

Over the years, I have developed my skills in areas that at first glance may seem very different – economics, international business and family therapy – but in reality they are all about people and relationships.

Working in international organisations and with individuals, I have come to understand that relationships in life are everything – at work and at home.

Family therapy and relationship counselling

As a therapist, I support families and couples who want more contentment, intimacy and understanding in their lives. My approach is first and foremost practical – as a systemic family therapist, I use clear, logical tools to help you move forward step-by-step, looking at families as a whole.

For example, my Relationship Audit is a structured way for couples to map the current state of their relationship and reconnect. Identify the strengths of your relationship and be aware of the areas that need to be developed. Any change starts with awareness, followed by learning new behaviours and embedding them in everyday life.

Training and workshops

As a trainer, I work closely with organisations to build the strong team spirit and trust needed to create a safe and inspiring working environment, so that people can thrive and achieve their best.

I support leaders and teams in developing communication skills, clarifying values and resolving tensions in a way that fosters cooperation and open dialogue.

Mentorship

In one-to-one mentoring, I accompany both leaders and others who are on a journey of self-development. I combine strategic thinking with inner clarity activities, because success and satisfaction do not have to come at the expense of each other. In mentoring, the individual receives support and reflection to help them better realise and expand their potential to reach personally meaningful goals.

Burnout is not a single moment or event, but a gradual process that often starts showing signs long before we recognize them.

In this short episode, I talk about the typical profile of someone experiencing burnout, and why a strong need to achieve, perfectionism and difficulty resting can gradually lead to exhaustion. I also explore the different stages of burnout.

How can you recognize when your basic needs are starting to take a back seat? Why can constantly being busy start to feel like a completely normal way of life? And what can you do today to take a step back from burnout?

I explore these topics in more depth in my book “Me, you, and everything in between”.

One of the most important topics I explore in my book “Me, you, and everything in between” is romantic relationships and how to consciously nurture and understand them.

In this short episode, I explore relationships through my book and introduce the chapters that help us understand what a healthy relationship is really built on. How can we create more trust, commitment, intimacy and security in a relationship?

And why isn’t love alone enough if we lack the skills to stay connected through difficult moments?
