General conditions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These terms and conditions apply to purchases made through the Lilian Saage Suhteaudit O\u00dc e-shop. By confirming the order, the purchaser confirms that he\/she has read and accepted the terms and conditions. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Products and prices<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All prices are in euro. Delivery charges may be added to the price, and will appear in the shopping cart before the purchase is confirmed. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Ordering and payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To make a purchase, you need to select the product, fill in your contact details and pay for your order via a payment solution (Montonio). The order will take effect from the moment the payment is successfully received. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Delivery time and delivery<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ordered products will be delivered within 3-7 working days from receipt of payment. The exact delivery time will depend on the delivery method chosen. Deliveries are made within Estonia by parcel machine or courier service.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Right of withdrawal and return of goods<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The consumer has the right to withdraw from the e-shop within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>To be returned:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submit a free-form withdrawal form to the following e-mail address <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-foreground-color\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-foreground-color\">info@liliansaage.ee<\/mark><\/strong><\/mark><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return the goods at the latest within 14 days from the date of the cancellation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the goods sent do not correspond to those ordered.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The money will be refunded immediately, but not later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation and the goods.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons or to products that cannot be returned due to the nature of the product (e.g. open digital files).<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Submitting complaints<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The buyer has the right to lodge a complaint within two years of receipt of the goods. Dispute resolution<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the buyer has any complaints or claims, please contact us first.
